Hot Blast Furnace Unit for Internal Coating of Special Petroleum Pipes
1. Equipment Composition: Composed of feeding device, discharging device, furnace body, combustion chamber, material conveying mechanism and electric control system.
2. Available Process: Hot air drying.
3. Heating Fuel: Natural gas.
4. Processed Workpieces: Internal coating drying for steel pipes such as petroleum drill pipes and oil tubings.
5. Main Features:
Equipped with fork-type material conveying mechanism, steel pipes can roll freely at a uniform angle for even heating. Combined with frequency conversion circulating fan and optimized air duct design, the furnace temperature uniformity reaches ±5℃. Adopts straight-line burner for stable power output. With distributed control system, the equipment achieves high automation and full unmanned operation throughout the whole process.
Equipment Positioning
The hot air furnace is a special industrial heat source complete set of equipment. It heats air by means of fuel combustion, electric heating or regenerative heat exchange, and outputs hot air with controllable temperature to provide stable heat medium for processes such as drying, heat treatment, space heating, blast furnace air supply and material curing.
It is divided into two major application categories according to application scenarios:
1. Hot Air Furnace for Drying Processes: Supply low and medium temperature hot air for production lines of food, medicinal herbs, wood, chemical industry and coating curing.
2. Regenerative Hot Air Furnace for Metallurgical Blast Furnace: Supporting high-temperature regenerative hot air furnaces for ironmaking blast furnaces, which provide high-temperature combustion-supporting air above 1000℃ for iron smelting.
General Classification of Output Temperature Range
• Low-temperature hot air: 50~200℃ (drying & space heating)
• Medium-temperature hot air: 200~600℃ (heat treatment & coating curing)
• High-temperature hot air: 800~1300℃ (blast furnace ironmaking & high-temperature metal heating)
