Equipment Positioning

The roller hearth furnace is a straight-through continuous heat treatment complete set of equipment. Multiple transverse heat-resistant furnace rollers are arranged at the bottom of the hearth. Workpieces are conveyed at a constant speed through the furnace by synchronously variable-frequency roller tables to realize uninterrupted assembly line heat treatment.

It can be equipped with controlled protective atmosphere to accomplish oxidation-free bright processing. It is applicable to mass continuous production of regular long workpieces such as plates, steel pipes, bars, wire rods and long shafts, featuring highly consistent heat treatment performance and high automation. It is widely adopted in metallurgy, pipe processing, auto parts and plate fabrication industries.

1. Ferrous metals: Seamless oil well pipes, drill pipes, vehicle axles, bars, steel wires, steel plates, bearing steel, spring steel and heavy plates

2. Non-ferrous metals: Aluminum alloy medium and thick plates, aluminum coils, copper busbars and copper strips

3. Standard parts & profiles: Chains, welding wires, engineering machinery structural parts and hot stamped steel plates

4. Other applications: Glass annealing and continuous sintering for powder metallurgy
