The furnace adopts natural gas for heating, featuring lower operating cost compared with electric heating. It boasts large production capacity, and the finished corner castings meet relevant national standards.
This continuous pusher normalizing furnace is specially developed for heat treatment of ISO standard container corner castings. It adopts hydraulic pusher feeding system and multi-zone precise temperature control, realizing stable normalizing process at 910~930℃.
The furnace can eliminate casting internal stress, homogenize metal microstructure, and make the corner castings meet the mechanical property requirements of international shipping classification societies. Equipped with automatic tray return circulation system and PLC intelligent control, it supports mass continuous production, with low energy consumption and stable processing quality.
Available in gas-fired and electric heating types, all dimensions and production capacity can be customized according to customer workshop layout and output demand.
