1. Standard Bogie Hearth Furnace
The furnace body is fixed. A movable bogie is installed at the furnace bottom. Workpieces are loaded on the bogie, which moves in and out of the furnace chamber for charging and discharging. It is the most widely used basic furnace type.
2. Through-type Bogie Hearth Furnace
Furnace doors are equipped at both the front and rear ends of the hearth. The bogie can enter from one end and exit from the other to form a straight-through operation process, suitable for continuous processing of workpieces.
3. Tilting Bogie Hearth Furnace
The bogie is fitted with a tilting mechanism. It can tilt after heat treatment, applied to special working conditions such as workpiece quenching and material dumping.
