High-temperature Bell Type Annealing Furnace


1. Equipment Composition: Consists of high-temperature bell type annealing furnace, protective gas generator, Circulating Cooling Water System and Automatic Control System.


2. Available Processes: Intermediate annealing, finished product annealing, spheroidizing annealing, stress relief annealing and blackening treatment.


3. Heating Fuel: Electric heating, natural gas, cold coal gas and liquefied petroleum gas.


4. Processed Workpieces: Silicon steel, automobile ball joints, cold-rolled strip steel, composite strip steel, iron cores and various special-shaped parts.


Equipment Positioning


The bell-type furnace is a batch-type heat treatment complete equipment featuring movable heating bell and fixed furnace hearth with double-layer sealing structure. Workpieces undergo heat treatment in a sealed protective atmosphere or vacuum environment. It is mainly applied to batch annealing, tempering, stress relief and bright sintering of metal coils, wire rods and large forgings, achieving oxidation-free and decarburization-free bright heat treatment. It is suitable for mass production in metallurgy, non-ferrous metal, machinery and powder metallurgy industries.

1. Ferrous metals: Cold rolled steel coils, stainless steel coils, electrical steel, wire rods, bearing steel, wind power flanges and large ring forgings
