Multi-layer Walking Beam Solution & Aging Production Line for Aluminum Alloy Wheels
1. Equipment Composition: Consists of multi-layer loading mechanism, multi-layer walking beam solution furnace, quenching tank, multi-layer aging furnace, multi-layer unloading mechanism, connecting roller table and electric control system.

5. Main Features:
Adopts walking beam operation mode inside the furnace to ensure stable and reliable workpiece running with minimal product deformation. Equipped with large-diameter circulating fan impeller and unobstructed air duct for smooth hot air circulation, keeping furnace temperature uniformity within ±5℃. The whole line adopts PLC control with high automation and can realize unmanned operation with supporting auxiliary facilities.
Core Working Principle of Walking Beam Conveying
One complete cycle of the hydraulic synchronized walking beam mechanism includes 4 steps:
1. The movable beam lifts integrally to separate axles completely from fixed supports;
2. The movable beam moves forward by a fixed step distance (commonly 430~800mm, customized according to axle length);
3. The movable beam descends steadily to place axles back on fixed supports;
4. The movable beam retreats and resets to finish one feeding stroke.
The axles are supported overhead at multiple points without local concentrated compression. No sliding friction occurs during conveying for long shaft parts, which greatly reduces bending deformation after heat treatment.
