This line adopts a walking beam workpiece conveying method to ensure stable workpiece operation without collision. Equipped with high-performance heat exchangers, it greatly reduces energy consumption compared with electric heating equipment. The specially designed quenching cooling device achieves uniform cooling effect and minimizes workpiece deformation. Adopting distributed control system with high automation degree, the production line can realize unmanned operation mode when equipped with supporting auxiliary equipment.
