5. Main Features:
Adopts walking beam conveying method to ensure stable workpiece operation without collision. Equipped with high-performance heat exchanger, which greatly reduces energy consumption compared with electric heating. The specially designed quenching cooling device ensures uniform cooling and minimal deformation of workpieces. Adopts distributed control system with high automation, and can realize unmanned operation with auxiliary equipment.
Equipment Positioning
This complete continuous heat treatment equipment is applicable to heavy-duty automobile axles, front and rear axles of passenger cars, and railway locomotive axles. It adopts a hydraulic walking beam mechanism to stably support long shaft forgings, completing the whole quenching and high-temperature tempering procedures continuously on one production line. It matches mainstream steel grades including 45#, 40Cr, 42CrMo and 35CrMoA. After heat treatment, the axles meet critical driving safety indicators such as high bending resistance, fatigue resistance, low-temperature impact toughness and crack resistance, and are suitable for large-scale automatic assembly line mass production in axle forging factories.
