Adopts walking beam workpiece conveying structure to ensure stable operation and zero collision of workpieces. Equipped with advanced mechanical components with national invention patents. Adopts distributed control system with high automation level. Unmanned production mode can be realized with supporting auxiliary equipment.

1. Workpiece Specifications
Total axle length: 1.2~3.6m, shaft body diameter: Φ80~220mm, axle head flange and journal adopt variable cross-section thickened structure; single piece weight ranges from 120kg to 800kg, and 2~6 axles can be conveyed simultaneously in one working cycle.
2. Applicable Steel Grades
Civil trucks: 45#, 40Cr; Heavy-duty trucks & railway axles: 42CrMo, 35CrMoA, LZW50, AAR Class F special railway axle steel.
3. Implementation Standards
GB/T 30038 Road vehicles — Technical requirements for heat treatment of axles, TB/T 2945 Railway vehicle axles, AAR M-101 North American railway axle standard.
