Equipment Positioning
This complete continuous quenching and tempering heat treatment equipment is specially designed for seamless steel products including oil tubing, casing and drill pipes complying with API 5CT standards. It adopts a walking beam mechanism to convey long tubular workpieces stably, completing the whole quenching and high-temperature tempering procedure in one continuous pass. It enables the steel pipes to meet mechanical property requirements of high strength, collapse resistance and corrosion resistance for deep-well and high-pressure oil & gas wells, and is well suited for large-scale continuous assembly line production.
